888 Dupont Street Condos is a new condo development by TAS currently in preconstruction at Ossington Avenue & Dupont Street, Toronto. The development is scheduled for completion in 2024. 888 Dupont Street Condos has a total of 86 units.

We are determined to honour and expand the creative energy and vibrant mix of uses historically housed at 888 Dupont Street through our redevelopment of this site. We have proposed a unique project that seeks to push the definition of mixed-use by integrating commercial and public spaces from the street to the rooftop. Imagine a vertical main street that includes live-work units, micro-retail, light-industrial, galleries, urban agriculture, outdoor pavilions, and a rooftop restaurant boasting impressive views of the Toronto skyline. This architecturally distinct project will bring great prominence to and improve the public realm experience at Dupont and Ossington. It is truly emblematic of TAS’s approach and we can’t wait to share more soon.

Please note that while we work through the municipal approval process, TAS made ~40 commercial units available at this property on a short-term basis to creative industry tenants such as artists, makers and designers – notably including Akin Projects.
